Clock Stoped after rfe responce 3 weeks still same status its denied?

Clock Stopped in initial review after Response of 1st RFE Employer didn’t say anything weather its RFE or Denied but as per people saying online forum if clock stop after RFE response, screen didn’t convert into approval within couple of days means its denied

Is this correct information? Or its means 2nd RFE too? Screen still in initial Review with clock stoped.

It can either be decision (approval/denial) or 2nd RFE. Only your attorney can confirm once they are notified by USCIS. Or they can be more proactive and call USCIS themselves to ask about it.

Like Saurabh said below talk to your lawyer. I got 2nd RFE like that besides a wierd approval notice.
