Hi, We recently got our H1B approved.We filed it through a consultant.How much time it takes to get the petition in hand after USCIS approves H1B.Also,would like to know some clients who process GC for sure.My husband is into Testing so could somebody suggest some good clients where we can try to apply for positions.Thanks!
consultants( or companies who sponsor H1) process GC not clients!
Please do some research online the GC process. For EB2 currently those who had filed in 2008 have got their I485 files so it takes atleast 6 years in EB2
