I have my OPT valid till 15 October,2014 and I have H1B approved from employer A. Now I have accepted a better opprotunity with company B.
Could any one please enlighten me if there is any risk in getting approval for my new H1B with employer B, as I have changed my employer before the October 1, 2014. I would appreicate your thoughts. Thank you.

My new employer has applied for a Cap-Exempt H1b on Sept 4, 2014 in Premium Processing.

My H1-b right now shows ‘Acceptance’ stage. I’ll wait for another week before talking to the company attorney.

Oh yes, H1 got approved on the 12th day from filing in PP. It went directly from Acceptance to Decision stage.
That is super super cool!! Congratulations!! I can understand what a relief you might be feeling! Just curious, did your previous employer revoke your H1B petition(1st time filed by them) before your transfer approval.
No, my 1st employer didn’t revoke the petition. I think most employers would be gracious enough to do that - since revoking or not, it doesn’t matter to them.
OK. Thanks! Actually mine is revoked on 28th August. So was wondering if that can be an issue in our(transfer before October) case.
