Changing empoloyer in home contry will it effect H1b processing

HI,

I was working with my ABC employer when I got offer from XYZ company from a different location so I resigned from my previous employer ABC to join XYZ, while serving notice period I got offer from a US company and they are processing my H1b

  1. now my question is if I change my job in home country will it impact my h1b processing?

  2. If yes should I not show employer XYZ as it will not be a month that I joined XYZ while going for stamping?

  3. Company ABC was in Delhi and XYZ is in Hyderabad so if I go for stampping interview in Delhi (after showing XYZ employer) instead of Hyderabad, can there be a problem (my parents lives near Delhi).
