So long story short, I went from OPT to CPT after 3 attempts in the lottery, now I did receive H1B approval(I-797B, but change of status denied stating CPT not valid. Did Anyone else receive similar approval? or does anyone have any visa interview experience for similar case?
It is better you go back to your home country and get your H1 visa stamped. There is nothing more you can do now, if you want to immediately start on H1.
