I was working with employer A and my I94 expired on January 24th 2016. Company A applied for h1b amendment on October 30th 2015. Recently I changed my employer to B. Company B applied for H1b transfer on Feb 4th 2016 which is after 10days of I94 expiry while h1 amendment process is pending… After that company A withdraws its H1b… Now H1b transfer with company B is under process… Will I get my h1b got approved with I94 extension. I am so much worried about this… Please share your knowledge…
B’s petition was applied after I-94 had expired. So they should not issue B’s petition w/ I-94. Didn’t B’s attorney looked at your case when applying for H-1 transfer?
