chances to revoke L1 visa if we give 2 months notice

as per my L1 employer policy, I should give at least 2 months notice before leaving the company at onsite. My H1 with COS will be effective after 2 months from today. if I give notice now, will there be any chance my employer can revoke the visa?

Also, does this normally happens, does the employers prefer to revoke Visa

Yes there is posibility that your L1 Employer might send you back to offshore/revoke the visa.

Hi,

As per my knowledge even if your previous employer wants to send you back to India upon resignation ,you can still stay in US after getting receipt on apply of H1B visa but yes you can’t work before Oct 1st.
