Chances of securing an H1B VISA after an year of waiting post Interview

I was interviewed for my H1B Visa here in US Embassy, Delhi as on 17 Feb 2012 and it is now going to be an year since then in just a couple of days.

I have been going through the pain ever since then and I don’t know if the chances of Visa Approval still exists, almost after an year.

I never received any 221G letter from them.

It is really SAD to see the way they are treating people about it and Abusing them at will in the name of ‘Administrative Processing’.

What is it that takes them almost an Year to make a decision?

I have now given up HOPE that i can ever be able to secure a Valid Visa to USA.

I’ll be more happy if they say a YES or a NO at the Earliest now.

“Enough is Enough!”

I m sorry about your situation Gupta :frowning:

You can try to find another employer willing to file H1 for you. With proper douments and a good attorney you should get the visa. As for this visa your company’s attorney can try to find out where the process is struck but they may not get a clear answer from USCIS. Hang in there do not loose hope.
