Chances of H1b Visa Approval (Past F1Rejections)

I was Rejected F1 visa for Four times (given 214(b) blue slip),Lastly Dec-2012.I 'm having above three Years of Work Experience in IT industry.I’m trying through a Consultancy for H1b,What are chances of Getting Visa Approval for H1-b,Does my Past Rejections(F1) effect my H1b Approval.

Any Suggestion will be really Appreciated.

Your previous rejections should not impact your H1 petition. You may be asked the reason for rejection of F1 and for that you should just answer truthfully and to the best of your knowledge. If all the H1 related documents are accurate and in-line with USCIS guidelines then you should not worry about H1 being approved. Best of luck !
