i have got lottery in 2017. my company was reluctant to send me to USA as they dont have projects and also they want to grow in INDIA. they didn’t send me for stamping as well.
so i have decided to transfer my H1B. i have approved petition soft copy with me.
one employer filed for H1B Transfer in premium processing.
and i have GOT RFE.
what are the chances of Approval if client provides required documents.
if transfer petition get deniel then my earlier petition with my original employer will remained approved or that also gets rejected?
can i got for stamping with original petition while transfer is in RFE stage?
or new employer has to withdraw transfer petition before i got for a stamping with original petition?
