Hi,
I am applying for H1B visa through my company. I am also applying my husband’s H4 visa.
However he was in US for last five years and was on F1 visa. He tried 2 times for stamping in last month but got rejected. He is currently on CPT and is having an I20 from one of the college as well. We are applying H4 for the first time. What are the odds of getting this cleared? We have interview scheduled together in first week of march. Please help
