This is the current status of my case “Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction” updated On May 18, 2016 may I know what does it mean and will it have any impact on timelines and decision ? my original processing center was Vermont, have gone through the article “life cycle of a case” in this forum but subjected state is not mentioned in there, please advice.

Just to mention my petition was filed this year April and picked in the lottery.

It means what is states. Your case was moved from one center to another. This was done to balance workload. USCIS announced this few weeks ago.

hi, once we get this case was transferred to a new office, how long does it take to get the approval. I am in the same boat and got this status of case was transferred to a new location
