My employer will be filing my cap exemption H1 petition in a few days. How long does it take for approval considering all the documents are in order ? If petition gets approved is visa granted easily after interview or can it get rejected.

The duration of CAP exempt H1 is similar to CAPed H1s.
It has Premium and Regular processing. Premium 15 days and Regular can go from 1 to 6 months.
Mine [CAP exempt] was premium, on 13th day i got RFE, which we responded after 1 month and again after 14 days got it approved.
