I have a valid H1B approval as well as Visa stamp from June 2001 - September 2003 but never travelled to US on it.
If i apply for a H1B now under cap exempt will it be considered.
Please share any information which shall help me greatly
It’s expired. It is valid till 6 years from expiry (till 2009)
U must go thru Cap again now
