I have scheduled a dropbox appointment. However, i did not complete the DS 160. I was in a rush to book the appointment so i had to use the DS 160 numbers beforehand. Now i do not have access to my old DS 160 forms and could not complete them. If i start a new ds 160 forms, should i forefeit the fee i paid? can i keep the original appointment and ask customer service to link my new DS 160 forms to the appointment or should i cancel the appointment and completely book a new one paying the fee? what are my options?
