cancellation of H1b petition by company

Hi,

If Im having H1b, but Im leaving my company.

is there anyway by which company can cancel my VISA so that I can not use that in any other company.

if Yes, than what is the procedure and how much does it cost.?

Ur Present company may withdraw the petition, however it doesnt matter. Still U can file for Cap-Exemption or go for transfer…

Find an employer who can transfer or file Cap-Exemption
