Hi,
I am currenlty on H1-B visa and completed 3.2 years in US. One US company is ready to sposor H1B and Green card,but i am planning to get married early next year.
Is there any problem if i start my GC processing now? I heard that dependent cant come to US when GC is going on, but not sure.
Please let me know whether i can go ahead with GC processing or should i wait and apply after my marriage (so that wife will come in H4 and apply for GC together next year). Please suggest!
