My h1b was approved 2 years back and is now expired.Employer will withdraw/revoke my petition if i leave the company.Now I am planning for higher studies on F1.Will there be any isssues in getting F1. Further can new employer use my old h1b under cap-exempt after my studies.
No issues getting a F1.
