can we take multiple H1B Visa interviews if multiple petitions are approved

I had applied for my H1b via multiple petitioners and i have got both the applications picked in the lottery. Can i appear for both the visa interviews and when should i reject one of the employer and what reason could i give to reject the employer?

Please comment if anybody else is in a similar situation.

Yes you can appear for both the employers. Just pick one of the employers which you would want to work with, go for the interview, if everything goes fine, you don’t need to appear for the second employer’s interview.
