can new fresh h1b holder travelling back to india before 6 month

Hi,

if a person having h1b fresh, he travels to US first time and say… January. he cannot come back to India before 6 month?

is there any rules like that?

like can he come back for his marriage in May and get marry and travel back? or he has to stay in minium 6 month to come back?

U can come anytime AFAIK… Not a Problem

That is correct. There are no travel restrictions.

There isnt such rule that you have to stay for min of 6 months and all. You can come any time and you can leave any time before VISA expiry. just make sure, 6 months before your VISA expiry you need to start for your visa extension . thats the time, its not safe to travel.
