My Amendment + Extension for H1 is in progress. I haven’t received my receipt. Meanwhile My wife’s H4 is approved. We are planning for her travel to US for the first time. Is there any legal issue for her entry into US. My Visa is valid until 22-Nov-2018. We are planning her travel to US by first or second week of September.
