Can more than one employer sponsor H1B

  1. Can more than one employer sponsor H1B petitions for me to double the chances of getting my petition selected in the lottery.

  2. If all my petitions are approved which were filed by multiple employers, then at the time of stamping do i need to mention that i had multiple sponsors,

  3. If all my petitions are approved, can i visit the consulate for visa interview for all of them at once.

  4. If everything goes well, do i have the chance to opt for any one employer to work with and revoke the offer of other employers who had spent on my visa processing,

  1. Yes, Multiple H1’s can be filed , but from different employers

  2. NO, However If both approved. U must choose one and go for stamping

  3. NO, U can go for only thru one company for stamping. However if it goes in admin processing, U can then choose to go for stamping with another employer

Need more clarification on my second question. My question was, during Visa Stamping interview do i need to mention in the Form that i have applied the H1B from other employers too. If I mention it ‘Yes’ will there be any problem during interview

U dont need to mention because both are ur first attempts for visa. If u already have a visa or went to US, U need to mention that
