Is l2 to h1 possible n if yes then how…also if l1 leaves US in march coz the project s nearing to an end, can v apply for H1 fm india or how soon can v file the l1b to h1b petition
If you are in India when the H-1 is filed, then no COS comes into play. It’s plain simple H-1 petition. If you wait for your return on L-1 to file H-1 petition, then it can be filed along w/ COS.
