Can I work with my old employer with whom my H1b approved petetion is still active

Hi Saurabh,

I would like to know whether I can go back to my old employer with whom my H1b approved petetion is still active (not cancelled)? I have a H1b petetion approved for 3 yr and is valid till 2016, but meanwhile I changed my jobs and transferred to another employer. Now the project with current employer is completed, my old employer is inviting me to join back his firm, do I need to file H1b transfer again or I can work with old approved petetion with my old employer?

Since you were paid by new employer, I think you have to file H1B transfer to your old company.
