I was working on H4 EAD. My EAD has expired but fresh H1B is in progress.Can i start working on fresh H1B receipt notice from October 1st.
No, you cannot work using Pending H1B as you have applied it as Change of Status. You can only do that, when you are moving from one employer to other, when on H1B status. You need to wait for the H1B COS to be approved.
