My current H4 EAD is valid till April 2020,
There is a change in my spouse’s client so i have applied new H4 along with spouse’s H1 in Oct 2019 (H1 approved) and still waiting for H4 appoval, can i work on my H4 EAD during this period ? or should i wait for my H4 to get approved and get my new H4 EAD card for working ?
Yes, you can continue to work as long as the H4 EAD is valid and you are maintaining proper status. Logically, your H4 status is what matters and you have that all the time, so nothing to worry.
