Can i work from home for an Indian company in US?

Hi there!

I m Vishakha here from Charlotte , NC . I m on H4 visa here. As i m quite aware of all the rules and conditions.  but still wanted to know some more additional inf



 Can i work for an Indian Advertising agency co. here in US.. like a sole representative. can he put me in his payroll . Pay me in my indian account and reflect me in his website ? 
i 'd avoid meeting clients but can i do phone selling ( work from home)?



the job profile involves Digital marketing..

You cannot work even if the work involves no payment in US but only in India. Some may argue how USCIS would track this, but this is the law. Its your disretion what to do.
