Can i use revoked H1B petition.

Dear sir,

My name is sandeep, I got H1B approval in 2016 and i travelled to US in Feb-2017 and worked for about six months and due to some family health problems i came back to india in July month. After that my employer revoked my visa.

Now i would like to know that how can i transfer that visa. Is it possible to work again in US with same petition.

Kindly help me in this regard and let me know the chances to come to US.

If it’s a different company, they need to file a fresh H1B but you will come under exempt category which means you don’t have to go through lottery process again.
