I am hearing news that some of the h1b guys are sent back for having relocation amendment receipt number only and not the approval notice. Can someone clarify this? is there any new rule that prevents people from travelling to US with receipt notice only?

I got receipt on July 7 and planning to travel on aug 5. Let me know if this is fine.
