Can I travel to US with Rfe in amendment

I have had my stamping and petition with client A and there the project got scrapped. So raised amendment and got the receipt number.

So with that I have booked tickets. But suddenly the status changed to RFE.

So can I still travel with this or should I wait till the RFE is complete.

i travelled to US with RFE status and now my RFE status changed to Approved.
