Hello, my name has got selected in H1B lottery for the current year. I have a valid B1/B2 as well. In the current scenario can I travel to USA when my H1B petition has not been filed with USCIS, would I have any issues if I want to return back to India after my H1B petition is filed for visa stamping (biometric, interview etc) before flying to USA on my H1B work visa with the proper supporting documentation from my employer (deputation letter, DS-160, LCA, I-129 petition etc).
