Can i travel to india when my H1B extension in progress and i have existing visa valid for return date too

Hi ,

I have my H1B extesnion in progress now and traveling to india in november and returning in december but i have my existing visa valid till may 2015.

Can i travel to india and back to US even though my H1B extension is not approved by the time since i Still have my existing Visa Validity.

Yes you can travel. just to let you know if a decision is made while you are still on vacation then you will have to file for an extension again.
