This is my secanrio,
My Husband is in H1 transfer and currently it ia under RFE. Both of previous our Visa(s) and i94 are expired and i am planning to apply for H1 in 2014.
The questions are,

Can i travel to india after my husband’s H1 transfer status is aproved?

If i file H1 and go to india can i come back H4 status?

If i go to india will this affect my H1 process?

Can i get H4 stamping(which i think easy to get) and come back to US and once my H1 is approved can i start working or Will I have to go for H1 stamping?
