I’m currently on H4 visa. I am planning to apply for H1B. Due to unavoidable situation, I have to travel India and return by April 10th.
I will come back to US on H4, Is it going to create any kind of problem to H1B processing?
Do I have to apply for COS seperately once the H1 is approved?
Please suggest.
