Hi,
I entered in US last year July 2017, Denver location and got i94 till sep, 2019. Suddenly company filed my location change (Maryland) along with extension till 2020 as per the requirement in Aug, 2017.
I got RFE in Feb, 2018 and I need to travel India in May, 2018 end. I have to come back US as I am very critical resource of my project. Though my VISA is still valid till 2019, Can I come back to US directly on Maryland on the basis of i129 Receipt. Or may it have some issues ?
