Can I travel to India for L2 extension when my ead and H1b and green card pending

Hello,

Can you please me if I can travel to India for L2 extension?

  1. I have applied for Ead which is pending, which I will get for 2 months.

  2. My husbands L1 extension is done I need to apply to extension of L2 and ead together.

  3. My h1 b has filed for this year for change of status.

  4. My perm is file in November.

As there is a backlog in L2 extension and taking 4-8 months, can I travel to India by April end and get extension done? Will it impact my

  1. current ead pending app

  2. My h1b(I am ware my change of status will be invalidated) any other impact than this? Can it get rejected?

  3. Can it impact my green card process?

  4. Or shall I apply for extension in USA and if my h1b does not select in lottery then I travel to India again for extension, will that help to expedite process, or it will not add any value or I need to withdraw existing application?
