I have applied for H1B COS thru employer B and I am currently on L1B visa working for employer A. I am expecting the RFE this month (Oct 2012) and I have to travel to India in Jan2013 for 3 weeks. Suppose I get 60-84 days time for responding to RFE and I respond to it by Dec2012, can I travel to India during the visa processing (after sending response to RFE) and come back on L1B(valid until Jun2013) which is with employer A?
