Hi, I have a h1b stamped from my employer and H4 as well for my wife. But now i have changed my company and my new company wish to transfer my H1B,H4. But this process is taking time, hence my new org. wants me to travel on B1(since i have that visa too).My question is can i travel on B1 and my wife travel on H4 along with me ? Me and my wife want to travel together, what can be the possible ways ?
I think before to the H1 employee, H4 shouldn’t travel. Because the same petition for both of you. It would be a risky travel if you still travel on H4.
