I have an I797, I129 and LCA valid till 2016.
However i had a change in job title and roles.
Company lawyer has just started the amendment process. LCA will begin shortly.
Can I travel outside the country if urgently needed?
Can I go to India and wait for the amended I797,I129 and LCA before appearing for the stamping
Also do I need to worry about PIMS database to be updated even for an amendment? How long dose it take for the I797/H1B to show up in PIMS?
Also do you think that consular processing of the amendment will be required.
