Hi,I got stamping H1b visa on Feb 2017 and was valid till Sept 2019.I never travelled to US.Now USCIS has cancelled my visa(got email).My receipt no on US site still shows my case was approved.I have I797C with me.even there is no cancellation on my passport.Now is it possible that I transfer my visa based on I797C as my visa is cancelled?
