Hi,
I was working with company A and petition was valid till Dec 2015. I have resigned company A and my last day was April 10th 2015. My H1B transfer with company B is in RFE, I have not yet joined the company B. they are not confirming me the joining date. Meanwhile if I get an offer from other company say C, can I transfer my H1B visa to company C while H1B visa from company B is under RFE. Please suggest I am really worried.
