Can I take an appointment slot with soft copy I797B documents?

I have now received the Soft copies of H1b petition approval documents and my US company said that they will sending the original packet in few days. Can I book the appointment slot using soft copy documents(I797B, LCA) as it is bit urgent.

                       Congrats i am in the same boat as my US company sent me the soft (scanned)copy of documents(I797B, LCA) and asked me to book the slot and they have mentioned to send the hard copies by 2 weeks so when i checked in Visa booking slot its asking the same (I797B, LCA) details so i think we can go ahead ,but still required saurabhs nd other folks advice , i am from HYD .

Hello guys,

Did you book your PA? If yes, is Scanned copy sufficient for interview @ Consulate?

Dear Friend, I got only soft copies of H1 docs. Whether I can go with soft copies to visa interview.
