Can i Reenter US without stamping if OLD Employer Stamp is Valid ?

HI

I work for comp A and visa stamping valid till 2014 . currenty in USA but what if i have to transfer H1 and continue work for another employer in USA and need to visit India for vacation ? while reentering do i need to go for stamping in india to reenter US ? 



Some immihelp site says if oldemployer visa stamp valid you can re enter , is that true ?

If you change your employer and visiting in india, while reentering you need to go for visa stamping. if you are continuing with your current employer no need.
