Can I quit my job before receiving receipt for H4 COS

I am currently on H1B.My spouse is also on H1B and has approved I140.He is changing his employer,COE applied and received receipt.This new employer is in a different state.So I am planning to quit my job move to the new place and then prepare and find job there.

I have following questions regarding this:-

1.Can I quit my job before receiving receipt for H4 COS

2.In case I find an employer before my H4 is approved can I apply to withdrawal H4 COS application

3.Can I apply for EAD based on my spouse current i140 (this is from his current employee)

Hi Sweety123, Did you got any infirmation on your question 1. I’m also in a similiar situation and just wondering if i can quit my job before i receive receipt notice for H4 COS.
