Can I produce AD(account director) letter in place of Client Letter while stamping.
Since I do not have client letter.
When I am not having what could be the other option I can try.
What kind of information will that AD letter contain? Also, does the AD belong to your company or the client? I assume AD is the your employer’s liason at the client site.
AD letter contains similar information as in Client Letter. Only the change is instead Client signature, AD employer’s liaison at the client site will sign on it.
AD belongs to our Company. Please provide me the right solution.
It may work. If the client doesn’t issue letters as part of their company policy, then you can submit this letter along w/ the explanation. If USCIS has concerns, they will contact the client for verification, who should be ready to back-up the case. Also, if the company is a reputed one, they may not even enforce the requirement of client letter.
