Hi,

I am new to the visa process for America and I would like to stay in America on H1B visa, since I am working as a software engineer on SAP in India, please I would like to know the process and processor what needs to be done for getting Visa, describe detail if possible.

Processor :), I hope you are referring to sponsor, Not sure, it will be suggested in the forum , but look at the H1-B Sponsor Database in this site
