I am currently on L1 and I94 expiry date is June 24. I filed for L1 extension from a company A and got RFE today, according to the current trend I assume it would eventually get rejected.
This year my H1B application got picked up and it is under initial review.
I am planning to go to India without responding the RFE.
If my H1 is in “initial review” status, Can I comeback on H4 before October?
