I have multiple entry b1 visa . Can I go usa and then apply for change of status from b1 tof1? What is success rate of change of status from b1 to f1?
You can get F1 Visa. It is recommended that you get your F1 stamped in your home country and then enter USA on F1 visa. Having said that, technically you can do a change of status from B1 to F1.
