Can i get OPT for 2nd masters,first opt was applied but nt used?

Hi,

I graduated from MS in aug 2013 and before graduating applied for my OPT and got my EAD card. But, I left US before even the start of my OPT date ( personal reasons ) and did not use my OPT period. I am planning to do my seconds masters. In that case, will i be eligible for an OPT after completion of my second masters?

I don’t think you can! But you can call sevis office and check your status with them. But I have experience in this area, and once you take a second addmission, you forfeit your 1st OPT
