hello guys, i am prasad. i have few doubts on H1b.
1)can i get H1b visa if i complete masters in dakota state university? is MS from any accredited university sufficient for H1b success ?
2) how r the chances for H1b if i complete MS in Information technology. i heard that H1b chances r more for CS. is it true?
3)what are the main things which visa officers considers for issuing H1b?
please answerH-1B approval is based on matching your skill-sets with employer needs. While quality of your education is a criteria, but it is not the only one. If you are working in a technology area for a company that needs such people and is in a US state that does not have local talent, you will be very welcome there. Look up SBA Region 8 States when you have a moment.
